We ensure that all company resources are focused on continuous improvement, employee safety and development, and cost reductions. We monitor our systems and measure our performance to established goals and objectives. We are committed to maintaining and continually improving our Quality Management System to ensure its compliance with the most current requirements of TL 9000 and our ability to enable our Internal and External Customers to better serve their Customers.

Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement (CSCI) are the foundations of the Management System at Charles Industries, Ltd.  As the CSCI logo illustrates, quality touches every department and employee of Charles. 

Quality Certifications

ISO 9001:2008

TL 9000-H R5.5/R5.0

ISO 9001:2008 is an international Quality Management System standard. This standard places increased emphasis on Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement and Management Commitment. It forms the basis for TL 9000. Our registration to TL 9000 will encompass all the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

In 1998 the QuEST Forum developed the TL 9000 quality management system (QMS) to meet the supply chain and operational quality requirements of the global information and communication technologies (ICT) industry. The TL 9000 standard is the telecom industry's extension to ISO 9001:2015 quality principles and supplemental requirements. Charles Industries has transitioned its QMS to the new Release 6 (R6) and is currently undergoing compliance  audits. P ending successful audit cycle completion, Charles will be recommended for registration to R6.
