Accounting Assistant - Rantoul, IL
This is a multi-tasking position in which you will have the opportunity to learn many aspects of accounting, including cost accounting, materials analysis and tracking, invoice coding, tracking expenses, purchasing and shortage tracking, and other processes. The key to growth opportunity within our company is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•  Assist in cost accounting including, but not limited to purchased cost, freight cost, outside process cost,
    intercompany cost, assembly cost, lot size, cost rolls, and variance analysis.
•  Accounts payable responsibilities including coding of invoices and expense tracking.
•  Review of expense reports ensuring they meet company policy.
•  Generate requisitions and purchase orders to process payments.
•  Work with vendors or buyers to resolve invoicing errors and timely receipt of vendor credits.
•  Assist in generating various reports including daily labor and shop order reports, monthly close reports, and cycle
    counting summaries.

File and follow up on freight claims.
•  Assist with inventory analysis and audits.
•  Customer returns and credit memos.
•  Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:
•  High School graduate. An Associate's Degree in Accounting and/or relevant experience is preferred.
•  Proficient with MS Excel Spreadsheets and MS Office Suite.
•  Strong attention to detail.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with associates internal and
    external of the company.
•  AS400/BPCS experience preferred, but not required.

Quality Manager - Canton, MO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and coordinate product quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products. Assist in the development and maintenance of all quality system elements including continuous improvement efforts in the facility. Act as the Corporate Quality Management Representative ensuring that all Charles Industries' facility quality systems are maintained to the appropriate ISO 9001 and TL 9000 standards. 

Qualification Requirements:
•  Minimum of 5-7 years Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing experience, preferably with a background in
   Telecommunications and/or the Manufacturing industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Quality or Engineering, preferred.
•  Understanding of product manufacturing procedures.
Effectively communicate with all levels of employees, both verbally and in writing.
•  Effectively present information to top management and public groups.
•  Be able to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the 
   business community.
•  Able to define problems, collect and analyzes data, perform root cause analysis, establish facts, and draw 
    valid conclusions.
•  Ability to operate various computer systems and software programs.

The work environment usually is a normal office setting however, frequent works near moving mechanical parts may be required and he or she may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.  Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Skilled Maintenance/Millwright - Canton, MO 
For 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing custom automation equipment. 

Qualification Requirements:
•  Replace motors, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems and
    production machines.

•  Ability to read schematics for hydraulics and pneumatics to aid in troubleshooting equipment. 
•  Electrical experience is helpful, but not required. 
•  Seeking a self-motivated employee who is creative with making equipment reliable.
•  Preferred five years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
